- Connect the charging adapter to the port on the back of the vacuum.
- Plug the charger into a wall outlet.The red charging light will fade in and out. This means the vacuum is charging.
Lithium-ion batteries take approximately 6 hours to fully charge.
A full charge will last about 13 minutes if you are using a motorized attachment. Without a motorized attachment, the handheld vacuum can run longer. It is normal that battery run time gets shorter after a year. Please note that batteries are not covered under warranty.
When the red light indicator flashes for 5 seconds this means either the battery power is low or there is a jam in the unit. Clear any clogs or debris buildup.
When the handheld vacuum is charging, the red indicator light will fade in and out. When the vacuum is fully charged, the indicator light will turn green for 5 seconds, then shut off.
This flashing red light means that the handheld vacuum is overheated. Turn off power for approximately 45 minutes.
Press the dust cup release button and pull out the dust cup. Carefully remove the dust cup filter and empty the dust and debris into the trash. Tap filter gently to knock off any remaining debris. Wipe filter clean with a dry soft cloth. Replace the filter and slide dust cup back into place.
For optimal performance, the dust cup should be emptied each time you vacuum and when the dust cup appears full or debris reaches the Max Fill line.
For optimal performance, the dust cup should be emptied after each use and the filters should be cleaned on a regular basis. Between cleanings, tap the filters over a trash bin to remove any excess dust or other particles.
Remove filter from dust cup. Rinse filter with cold water until the water runs clear. Do not use soap. Let air-dry completely (at least 24 hours) before reinstalling. Reinstall and press the dust cup cover closed until it clicks into place.

The metal contact pins on the motorized brush may not be in contact with the connector slots on the vacuum. Remove the motorized brush and reinsert firmly into the air-intake nozzle. The motorized brush may have a blockage. Carefully remove all lint, hair, or other debris from the motorized brush.
The vacuum has a 10.8V max. The lithium-ion battery, like all lithium-ion products, will naturally decrease in capacity over time from the 100% capacity of a new battery

The QR code is displayed on the bottom of the motor housing portion of the handheld vacuum.

This product uses a rechargeable and recyclable lithium-ion battery. When the battery no longer holds a charge, the hand vacuum should be disposed of according to your local ordinances. The hand vacuum must not be incinerated or composted. Contact your local recycling center for information on where to drop off the handheld vacuum (The battery is not removable). The dust cup may need to be emptied. Press the dust cup release button and pull out the dust cup. Carefully remove the filter and empty the debris into a trash bin. Reinsert the filter. If there is a hole or puncture in the filter, it will need to be replaced.
The dust cup filter must always be used when operating the hand vacuum. 1. Push the dust cup release button and remove the dust cup. 2. Verify that the dust cup filter is inside, then reattach the dust cup to thehand vacuum. 3. The motorized brush can be used to vacuum short pile carpets or rugs. To attach the motorized brush, make sure the On/Off switch is in the Off position.Then firmly insert the motorized brush into the air-intake nozzle, ensuring thatthe contact pins are making contact with the connector slots of the hand vacuum.
The dust cup may be full. Empty the dust cup.Clean or replace the dust cup filter.Vacuum needs to be recharged.
To turn the vacuum off, slide the power button to the Off position.
