How to Maintain Your Cordless Vacuum

• Remove the handheld from the unit.
• Open the dust cup, empty into the trash if required and then remove the filters.
• Rinse the filters with water only and allow them to dry for 24 – 48 hours before inserting into the handheld.
• Remove debris and hair from the brushroll.
• If your unit has dirt or floor detect sensors, use a clean dry cloth to wipe them down free from debris.

   

How to Maintain your Cordless Auto-Empty Base

• Remove dust bin and empty it.
• To access the Auto-Empty Exhaust Foam Filter, remove the dust bin.
• Before removing the Exhaust Foam Filter, vacuum off any fine debris from the surface.
• Lift the Exhaust Foam Filter out of the dock, then rinse it with water only (do not use soap).
• Allow the filter to air-dry completely before reinstalling it.

Low or No Suction
• Turn off the vacuum, empty the dust cup and tap clean any filters over a garbage bin.
• Rinse the filters with water only and allow them to dry for 24 – 48 hours before inserting into the handheld.
• Check the vacuum’s wand, dust cup, handle, and floor nozzle for any clogs or stuck debris.

Vacuum has a Short Run Time
• Empty the dust cup and remove any debris stuck inside.
• Remove filters and tap them on the side of a garbage bin to remove excess debris.
• Remove the handheld from the wand and check down the wand for any clogs. If you find a clog please remove it.
• Let the battery charge for 6 hours.

Pro Tip: Ensure to use your cordless vacuum in the most efficient mode such as Eco mode. This will extend your vacuums' runtime.
